The Jesus Influence
Vol. 8 Tokushima, Japan (Asia)
Share Christ through your hobbies
Field Personnel Ron and Cindy Reynolds formed a team of Bible-believing Christians to minister to the people of Tokushima, Japan. One of the team members, Eiko Ohshio, is involved in multiple activities, including surfing and a motorcycle ministry club! See how Eiko uses her hobbies to reach out for Christ.

Factoid:
Tokushima Castle was completed in 1586. The Japanese people celebrated and entertained the feudal lords and Samurai warriers by dancing. The Awa Odori dance is believed to have started during this time. The people also danced to celebrate the rice harvest. During the Buddhist festival of O-bon, the Awa Odori dance was also used to welcome the spirits of the dead.
